JOB SEEKING TRACK

This track enhances your skills and projection at a professional level to get you ready for the next step in your career.2222

Phase 1 - Self-discovery

In this first phase you will experience Nawaiam, an interactive game that allows you to discover your professional profile and what you need to achieve your goals. Nawaiam offers you a set of insights which are then combined with personalized coaching sessions, in order to help you create your value proposition.

Phase 2 - Personal Branding

Through a series of workshops we will optimize your online presence so that you can easily match with your favorite companies. We will help you manage your Linkedin profile, master your public speaking skills, and to grow your network, amongst many others!

Phase 3 - Simulation

We will simulate the experience of the different filters that companies have in their hiring process. We will recreate personal interviews, technical challenges and, if needed for your profession, we will help you create your first portfolio.

Phase 4 - Make it happen

Once you finish this track, you are ready for the adventure! We will keep supporting you until the moment you find a job placement through our job bank and Hiring Days. Our Career Specialists will be available to help you with whatever you need.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRACK

If you want to launch your own project, this track will provide you with all the tools you need to succeed.

Phase 1 - Mentoring

As Nuclio Digital School is part of Spain’s largest startup ecosystem, you will connect with the best mentors who will help you understand the next steps to take in order to validate your idea, build it and launch it into the market.

Phase 2 - Build your team

Through our Synergy Day event, you will be able to present your project to the Nuclio Alumni community and enlist a team of specialists in different fields to help you make your idea a reality.

Phase 3 - Simulation

Through our Pitch Day event you will have the opportunity to present your project to a jury of specialists within the startup community.

Phase 4 - Welcome to the family!

As you are now a part of our community, you will benefit from belonging to the Nuclio Venture Builder, Encomenda and Conector ecosystem. Our Career Specialists will support you in your journey as an entrepreneur.

What is Nawaiam?

Nawaiam is a video game specifically designed for you to get to know yourself: in it, you will be the leader of a highly sensitive mission and you will be forced to make decisions under pressure, all in an attempt to save the world from a natural disaster. Once the game is over, you will receive a tailor-made report that will allow you to embark on your journey of self-discovery.
